Do you know anyone in our community who may be helped by Pastoral Care?  Please let us know...we truly care.  A visit can be arranged for anyone living in Thamesford and the surrounding area who needs some compassionate support.  There is no need for them to be a member of Westminster or even a church goer.  For Jesus said "I tell you the truth, whatever you did for one of the least of these brothers of mine, you did for me".  Matthew 25:40

"Visiting is being a good friend in the name of Jesus.  A visit is the sign that there is hope, that a promise has been kept.  Those that are visited know that someone cares deeply for them and God has not forgotten them.

On October 15th, 2011, I was proud to be named the new Pastoral Care Minister for

Westminster United Church.

I have a strong background in church, and the faith that I have has been my guide

throughout my life.  My 25 years as a pediatric nurse and working with disabled

folks has prepared me well for the joys and challenges as your new pastoral care minister.
