Our Board Structure has changed at Westminster, evolving into a Spirit Council, composed of small team

leaders responsible for various functions within the church. Each team has the mandate to make decisions

in their area of interest, but bring larger concerns and those that affect more than one area, to regular 

Spirit Council meetings. As a whole, this group is responsible for vision, policy, accountability and good

communication between Teams and with the congregation.  The functions of the church would not be

possible without the many dedicated volunteers within the congregation, so a heartfelt thank you to all of

you, on behalf of the entire Spirit Council.
